Ongoing self-assessment against the NQS drives continuous improvement and is essential to Puss in Boots Morningside Early Childhood Learning Centre providing quality outcomes for children. Our Educators recognise all children’s capacity and right to succeed regardless of diverse circumstance, cultural background and abilities. Inclusion is acknowledged as an approach where diversity is celebrated. Our educators hold high expectations for the learning and development of all children, and recognise that every child treads an individual learning path and will progress in different and equally meaningful ways.
In recognising each child’s experiences of learning and development, educator’s implement responsive, equitable, individualised opportunities and additional support if barriers to success are identified.
